Peanut butter snowballs

Ingredients
- 1 c Sugar, confectioners
- 1/2 c Peanut butter, creamy
- 3 tb var v12120 = false;

Directions
In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, peanut butter, and butter; mix well. Shape into 1″ balls and placed on a waxed paper-lined cookie sheet. Chill for 30 mins. or until firm. Meanwhile, melt the coating in a double boiler or microwave safe bowl. Dip balls and place on waxed paper to harden.
